At the Potomac Ridge Bed and Breakfast, the area’s abundant history and beauty combine with the comfort of home for a memorable time away.
Originally built circa 1800, the Potomac Ridge Bed and Breakfast is in the Harpers Ferry Historic District and overlooks the scenic Potomac River. Its ideal location gives guests walking access to all that Harpers Ferry has to offer whether it’s a stroll through our local shops, museums, and Civil War sites; a walk on the Appalachian Trail; or a bike ride on the C&O Towpath. Shepherdstown and the Antietam Battlefield, both within a short drive, are experiences not to be missed.
“Our stay was delightful! This was a gorgeous, comfortable home that was close to everything we wanted to see in Harpers Ferry. Hike, see the historic area and beautiful views of the Potomac and Shenandoah rivers. Breakfasts were great and our room was great for relaxing after all of our activities. The private bath and warm shower were a delight. Our hosts were friendly and very helpful. We will definitely come again.” -Allison
“This place is fantastic. We’ve stayed at many AirBnBs and this was one of the nicest. Curt and his wife do an excellent job of making it feel like home yet giving you your privacy. The house is beautiful, from the interior decoration and the gardens just outside your window. The room is very well done and cozy and you have your own private bathroom and space. They gave us the entire first floor. Very highly recommend.” -Ryan
“Fabulous old home that is well kept. Wonderful stay for me, would absolutely love to stay again if ever back that way.” -David
